Germany
Within Germany we ship free of charge!
Parcels are shipped via DPD or DHL. All products are carefully padded by us with air cushions and padding materials in the box.
Larger items such as furniture, mirrors or XXL figures are shipped on a pallet for safety reasons. The delivery is made by a forwarding agent who makes an appointment with the recipient in advance. Euro pallets (no one-way pallets) are collected again after deliveries. Delivery is made to the kerbside.

Parcel shipping
The shipping costs for a parcel are € 10.59 (incl. 19% Mwst.). The parcel is shipped via DPD or DHL. All products are carefully padded by us with air cushions and padding materials in the box.
Freight forwarding
For larger items such as furniture, mirrors or XXL figures, the shipping costs are € 145.00. We ship with international shipping companies and the delivery takes place after prior appointment. The goods are delivered safely and well protected on a pallet. The delivery is made to the curb.
Switzerland & UK & Norway
Parcel shipping
The shipping costs for a parcel are € 35.00 net (without German VAT). The parcel will be shipped via DPD or DHL. All products are carefully padded by us with air cushions and padding materials in the box.
Freight forwarding
For larger items such as furniture, mirrors or XXL figures, the shipping costs are € 350.00 net (excluding German VAT). The goods are delivered safely and well protected on a pallet by a forwarding agent. The delivery will be made to the curb.
Invoice
You pay the invoice amount to us net (without German VAT). The export declaration and customs documents are prepared by us and handed over to the customs office. On delivery, you pay the carrier the import VAT and any applicable customs duties.

The shipping costs for a parcel are € 49.50 net (without German VAT). The parcel is shipped via DPD or DHL. All products are carefully padded by us with air cushions and padding materials in the box.
Freight forwarding
For larger items such as furniture, mirrors or XXL figures, the shipping costs are € 500.00 net (excluding German VAT). The goods will be delivered safely and well protected on a pallet by a forwarding agent. The delivery will be made to the curb.

For larger items such as furniture, mirrors or XXL figures, we calculate shipping costs of €2499.00 net (excluding German VAT).

Shipping time
Deliveries to EU countries and Europe may take up to 5 working days longer due to the distance. The respective delivery time is stated in the product description for each product, and delivery times may be longer for deliveries to other European countries, depending on the country and delivery method. We will inform you of the expected delivery time after your order has been processed. Express deliveries are also possible after consultation!
