Dome glass production

The art objects made of glass are lovingly handcrafted. First the art object is hand-blown from the appropriate glass colors with an eye for detail, then the artist fuses the glass object with the bottom of the glass. An unique Kölsch (beer from Cologne) glass is ready.

About Domglas

Domglas produces unique art objects from glass in a Kölsch (beer from Cologne) glass. Of course, Cologne's landmarks are in the foreground of the collection. These include the cathedral made of colored glass, the Cologne goat, the traditional animal of the FC, the carnival sparks and the Cologne sharks. Music lovers can choose their personal Kölsch glass from an orchestra of drums, trumpets or violins. Furthermore numerous custom-made products and customer requests have expanded the Domglas collection over the years. Domglas refines your Kölsch glass with your favorite object.

The glass

The cathedral glasses are made of resistant borosilicate glass (also known locally as Jena-glas) and are dishwasher-safe. As usual for a typical Kölsch (beer from Cologne) the filling volume of the cathedral glasses is at least 0.2 l. Due to the individual production, the glasses can have deviations of up to 5 mm from one another.
