Free shipping within Germany!

We ship the parcels with DPD or DHL. All products are packed in air-pillows and other package materials for a safety shipping.

Furniture, mirrors, figurines or XXL-animals are shipped by a forwarding agency. For a safety shipping, the goods are packed on an europallet. The carrier will make an appointment for the delivery. Europallets will be picked up after the delivery (no disposable pallet).

The shipping costs are 350,00 € net (without german VAT). For safety shipping, the goods are packed on an europallet. We prepare the export declaration and the costums documents. 

 

Invoice

The costumer pays net the invoice amount without german VAT. We prepare the export declaration and the costums documents. With the delivery, the costumer has to pay the import VAT and custom fees to the forwarder.

Delivery time                                                 

 

The delivery time of the Tom's Drag products is about 7-30 days to Germany. To EU countries and Europe, the delivery time can be a few days longer because of the distance. In each produt description you find the respective delivery time.

For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time depends on the country and shipping method. The delivery time can be longer than indicated. After the confirmation of the order, we inform the costumer about the expected delivery time.

After consultation, we also offer express deliveries!
